I don't think he needs memories... For example, you could make him wake up in a huge crater, and the memory loss the result of an epic battle... He could be escaping from a lab and the experiments render him unable to recall his memories... You could put him under a curse that rendered his mind a complete blank... There are lots of ways, just don't appear out of the blue and start talking, it's better to make a small introduction and then come into the main storyline... Of course that is my personal preference, it doesn't have to be like that... Just a thought

Yeah well, it happens no worries... Although I don't know how much action we'll actually see, since most people are in finals... Try to tie into the story in a coherent way when you're added and I'll make sure my character reels you into the story... Maybe even with a nice battle
