yea, but he said that a restraining order wouldn't save me, he said he wasn't afarid of going back to jail, apparently he's been there 3 times before for assault, battery and battery with a deadly weapon

that's not it really, he was very controlling, telling me who i could or couldn't talk to, and just being very possive. getting upset when i wouldn't answer my phone, no matter what i was doing. getting mad because i won't drive two hours from my home town all summer to come see him when i have a lot of bills to pay. stupid stuff, but i won't be ordered or told what to do, by anyone.
