Unfortunately, no.
Technically speaking I couldn't even apply until I turned 21 in Germany (last I heard anyways).
(Like I said we've only just moved to America, I'm as 'bout as clueless here as I am anywhere else in the world)
Germany have them high speeds autobahns and all, but man you screw up anywhere else and they'll ticket you or flash tag you... it's crazy!
But I avoided having to drive like the plague, so I'm not sure how their lessons etc go.
(Everything else seems pretty strict and all that, I just figured)
Lol.
Never been to Holland (that I'm aware of) so I wouldn't know zero zilch about their laws/regulations.
I can't imagine it being worse than Germany; but 'meh' I don't think it's all that bad.
It's also nice to have competent drivers.
(Unlike Americans... I think some forget WTF a green light means, they are SO SLOW getting across an intersection)
I wonder if Holland is nice?

The original just saddens me... I mean they like... die- DIE! I was totally not expecting it and when it happened I was like. "WTF NOOOOOO!" So yea, kind of dreading the reboot's end (if they get that far).
The reboot makes me drool, they are so pretty- I'm loving the new animation their coming out with. Zetman (Anime) is getting some pretty animation, Berserk (is also getting a reboot; three movies and hopefully a second season), and Tight & Bunny has gorgeous animation as well. It's just nice to see smooth fluidity, rather than the awkward rigidness of the old styles (not that they are bad).
I watched the series muted, I get embarrassed listening to Japanese for some reason.
I have no idea why.
(Unfortunately while I was watching I had a song playing and when ever I hear that particular song it reminds me of the anime)

Oh man sounded like chaos!
I just moved back to America a few months ago, I was in Germany. I imagine their driving stuff is pretty strict as well. I mean- it's freaking Germany (no offense to any German, I love 'em).
Here in American (at least the current state I live in) it was stupidly east to get my permit. (It's no wonder there are so many crap drivers).

Ooo, same. Most everyone here only know of the mainstream stuff, like Naruto.
I love the original and the reboot. I've only seen 2 or 3 episodes of the reboot. I love watching Iason's lack of [removed](s). Cracks me up, cause he looks so 'blah'. The originals made me sad, I didn't like re-watching them.

(Terrified of driving, waiting for as long as possible to avoid it)
