In response to your question:



You start by drawing one or more samples (or use art you've already done).

Start a thread in the art forums or wherever (if it's in the exchange you need to also be selling stuff or it will get moved).

Show the sample(s) and post an end date for the auction.

You can set a starting bid (the minimum you will draw for) or an autobuy (ex: a bid of ninja headband automatically ends the auction and that bidder wins), but you don't need to and I personally don't like using them.

Then.. bump and let people bid until the auction ends. Then you draw art for that person in the style of your samples.
