Come on. give the person a break. Sure, they wasted a name, but personally, id rather make my OWN, unique name instead of ripping it off some geeky anime. Face it: it may be good, but naruto is still geeky.
From the looks of it dumbasses like this take names probably for the hell of it, lose interest and will never come back... it's hopeless unless you somehow manage to figure how to hack the account and take the name >.> buuut that's up to you... you can try reporting it for no "human activity" an wasting usernames which are not used. Like most the other names like this that they make and never logged into since then.
