*haha* i don't think i gonna marry anytime soon.

i'm not sure what u mean with "tracing" effect. i'm not using photoshop that often and i don't know anything about a "tracing" effect.
if u wanna know how to trace a pic in photoshop, thats quite simple. use a second layer on top of the pic u wanna trace, set opacity or fill of the layer where the pic is on to 25 or something like that, just try it out.
but i wouldn't suggest u to trace. it won't help u developing your drawing skills. it's better to take the pic as a reference and try do draw it yourself without tracing.
