Tokkuri Masu is a master of 4 of the 7 magical breaths. That could hardly be concidered a means to define him as a person though. Masu's primary flaws are probably his most defining qualities. He's an alcoholic and a gambler, and you'd immagine that these things might be what's preventing him from mastering the other magical breaths.

Overall he's outgoing, but always looking for a challenge within his elements. Sake and Mahjong. His sense of style is a bit drastic, as he is a scantily clad ninja. While he believes that this is proof that the clothers do not in fact make the man, he often jokes about how the ladies like it. This has for the most part been completely untrue.

Thought the magical breathd do not actually have given names, he is capable of spewing fire, creating gale force wins, spewing a velviteen aphrodesiac to sedate opponents, and breath out a smoke capable of grappling spirits.
