We don't have a Gold's Gym in my town. Nearest one is about a hour away from here. We do however have a Planet Fitness. It's fairly new. It's the place I was planning on checking out. I believe one of my cousins was going there before she left for the Army. She seemed to like it.

Wow that's a really good deal on the gym membership. That's awesome that you also get free help with a nutritionist and a personal trainer. When I joined the gym a few years back I was given a personal trainer for free for only three days. So once a week I met up with him. After the meetups were done, he tried convincing me to hire him as a personal trainer. I wouldn't have minded it, but it was too expensive. So I stuck with everything that he taught me.

How do you like the gym? I might be getting myself a membership to one of the gyms here. They actually have a nice package deal from this advert I got in the mail. So I will be checking it out soon. Probably go over there tomorrow. I'm going to try to get some sleep now. My meds are starting to kick in. I hope you have a good night and it was nice talking with you~

Do you go to Arkansas for school? That's awesome. We have like two gyms here in town and then a place that teaches Tai Kwon Do. Which that place is a joke. I went there when I was a kid and the owner who was also the sensai didn't teach that often. He would leave it to some amateur to teach the class. Which I never really learned anything. So I left. Kickboxing sounds like fun. I think that if I want to take on any time of martial arts class or even a self defense class I'd be better off going to San Antonio for that. Cause they have more over there.

That's good. Wow that's great that you've been keeping busy. Muay Thai right? My best friend is actually learning that from her friends husband who actually teaches it. She trains with him twice a week, which is pretty cool.
