No, That's Out of Mind.
It isn't really a backstory.
It's actually a sidestory about when Tex went after Wyoming because he blew up the ship that the Alien was supposed to give her, wrecking it and killing the Alien.
Recovery One is a sidestory in which Agent Washington recovers A.I's from dead Freelancers.
