That very well could be, but I don't know if it applies to /all/ Animated, judging from a run-in-with a particular Kokeshi Doll down by Zen Gardens.

...I'm having some issues at the moment. Turns out trying to keep steel limbs on a decaying body doesn't work out well at all. ._.

Sounds like it. The more I think 'bout it, the more I recall it - never thought anyone'd been living up there though.

And are you so sure 'bout that? I spend all day fighting animated and keeping the peace - there's not much scarier than a whole factory brought to live with destruction on its mind. ._.

You see the animated yourself?
Not sure what they have to do with magic though.

I've never really been 'round that part of town, so I wouldn't know where to look for Clocktowers, mmhm.

Making an android is really hard; she must be talented. I haven't ever really considered Liam that much of a genius though - it's ridiculous that he gets a lot of the glory 'round here when we've got some of the brightest minds in Gaia. Ah well.
I do find that abuse on some level that you shove him into a maid outfit though. ._.
Try to go easy on him?

I wouldn't have pegged you for a fellow Aekean - bit grimy for where you'd regularly think of magic, at least in my mind, but it's home regardless. I just moved back from a few years in Barton. (:
I serve - well, served - on the guard here. Not really sure where I'm standing now, but I'm hopeful that they'll let me back on.

Sounds like a nifty job though. Good to see people investing themselves in something interesting.
(Poor bird though. The good news is that now it can fly as long as it wants, hm?)

Can't say I completely believe everything you say about magic - I believe in it, sure, but I don't believe that everyone has an aptitude for it, not to knock your work... More than I could do for sure, even if I was close to your age!
I'm a machinery man myself. It's a magic in itself. Sort of.

I'm getting used to it, slowly but surely. That's what the medical masks are for, to keep me from eating everything with a pulse. V:
Albeit sometimes I can't help myself. :L Almost ate Rufus a couple days ago. Trying to stick to a balanced diet of steak and red bull for now to wean myself off brains.

How'd a girl like you get to find such a job in Gaia anyhow? I've always just assumed it was something that people were born into.
