A lot of people say that anime is something that needs to be in Japanese only, but I tend to disagree sometimes.
It depends on what language I see it in first. If I see it in English first, I usually prefer the English dub. If I see an anime in Japanese, I want to see the whole thing in Japanese.
Kind of weird, but...yeah. xd
I think it's because I get used to hearing the characters voices in that particular language. I like anime in both English and Japanese.

Yeah, the Rowdyruff Boys got a huge makeover in PPGZ. I think they appear again in another episode later on. I'm not exactly sure which one, though.
And you're right; not many people know about the series. I think that's mainly because it hasn't been released in the United States, and it's in Japanese.
I look forward to seeing it in the US if it ever happens, but I'm not sure if I'd like the voice acting or not. I'm used to hearing it in Japanese... sweatdrop

I need to start watching it again. I think I was on episode 20 something...
I forgot...I've been watching Princess Tutu recently, so when I finish that anime, I might start watching PPGZ where I left off. 3nodding
