1.) Send a resume' to Gaia HQ
2.) Go to America for an interview
3.) Show your skills in arts through an exhibition
4.) Let the people judge your work
5.) If they agree, submit all your requirements like Birth Certificates, Photos, and Government Documentations
6.) Be nice to Lanzer
7.) Work as a gaia Artist
8.) Make your own EI concept
9.) Show it to the head of the artist department
10.) If approved, make it and let be published
11.) Sell in Cash Shop
12.) Update the EI art once every 2 weeks depending on EI price
