It's when two or more users hit the confirm button at virtually the same time, usually a fraction of a second off. One person will get it and the others will get a message saying "You have translocked on the item"or something like that. I forget the exact words. xP

A lot of people would be. x]
The people that translocked would be mad saying "ARHGGHGFH SO CLOSE"
I also know of a friend whos FF messed up so they didn't even get a chance at it, so they were pretty mad about it. ;[
