About

My name is Matthew Devin, and I'm a detective at the NYPD. I grew up normal, as normal as I could with a mildly abusive father, but I managed. Needless to say, it wasn't my father that drove me to carry out my vigilante ways. By day I am Matthew Elazar Devin, detective, but at night I become the antithesis of my occupation. I become, the Doctor, the most feared serial killer that currently inhabits New York City. Funnily enough, I work on my own case as a detective, which makes my night job a lot easier. Not to mention, I have an expert hitman helping me, though he can be aggravating sometimes...
