I'm bilingual in Spanish and English. I also speak German, though I'm currently a little rusty. I want to learn more languages, especially Japanese and Mandarin.
I love animals and have and have had many pets. My beloved ferret, Lucia, passed away in July of '08. I currently have an 18-year-old Miniature Schnauzer named TInky, a 16-year-old Chow Chow named Oso, and a 7-month-old kitten named Shelby.
I'm currently in grad school for Elementary Education at UPenn. I would like to either work in an immersion program or teach foreign languages to students in a public school setting. I also have an interest in teaching about reproductive health.
I enjoy photography, though I rarely have time for it these days. I'm also a cinema nut, which is something for which I always have time.
