No big deal at all. smile It was really nice of you to take our conversation seriously, and what I meant by that is you really are a good friend and listener. 4laugh I like the name "Tom", though. heart So, yes. I hope your car can be fixed soon so that you won't find any problems going to school anymore. 3nodding Well.. I am 17 years old. Turning 18 this coming December 5th. wink If we're on the same age, you might wonder why I get to college ahead of you. Maybe because we do not have the same flow of education. neutral In the Philippines, we have 2 years in Kindergarten, 6 years in elementary, 4 years in High School and normally 4 years in College, well it depends on the course you're taking.. In my case, I'll have 5 years in college because I'm taking BS Architecture. smile So all in all, I'll be studying for 17 years before I finish my basic education before working. In certain courses we have this exam in which we take after graduating from college. It's called "Board Exam". We usually take this in order to get a title and have more job opportunities. smile What do I mean by title? Here in the Philippines, one cannot be called as a professional if you do not pass the Board Exam. Let me give you an example. Me, I'm taking BS Architecture, right? I have no right to be called an Architect or work as how a normal Architect does if I will not pass the Board Exam, and the highest position I can reach if I were to work will be and will forever be a draftsman. I can no longer exceed that. Sorry if my comment is very long. sad You might have a hard time replying. cry It's okay even if you do not respond to everything. wink I understand. It is I to blame. rofl I'm replying to you longer than you've been expecting. sweatdrop
