just keep trying.
if you find that it
doesnt work,
try distracting yourself
from everything.
draw a picture
write a song
draw little
people on your fingers and
make them dance
just do something to
keep your mind off of
whats upsetting you

or taking deep breathes
and with every breath
in you think about something
thats making you upset
and when you breathe out
you let it go.

what i think you should do,
is write the a letter.
write a letter to anyone who you
feel like is annoying you
or hurting you.
get everything that you're
thinking no matter how mean/bad
it is,
write it in the letter.
and then leave the letter
somewhere where they
cant find it.
