About
They say that a leopard can't change her spots - if that's true, I've proved that statement wrong. I've changed who I was before, into what I am now, and I can't say that it was an easy transition. My life has taken a complete 180 and alot of the things that I've believed and depented upon has been ripped out by the roots.
It was worth it, though. I know who I am now: a slightly psychotic born-again Christian with a bad sense of humor who believes that home-made cookies and hugs do make things better, and that sometimes clawing your way to the top is the only way to survive. I've learned that love isn't the answer to everything, and that sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you can't change anything.
I've learned the hard way that life is very hard, cruel, hateful and unforgiving. But I've also learned that life is worth it.
The meaning behind my name (last time I'm changing it, I swear) is from the bibilcal verse John 15:12-13 - "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
