mirin is basially run off from when they prepare sake, its not alcoholic but it has a really nice refreshing flavour and adds depth to a lot of asian recipes. Its not something you have by itself but it is very good and when mixed with sushi rice, it brings out the flavour of the fish more



coincidentally it also makes me hyper, probably due to the sugar from fermentation xD

and yes sushi rice is just so sweet nand yummy, i really recommend adding mirin to sushi rice, adds a nice kick

heh I can't remember I think I had asked you to try a red xiii from FF7



this all sounds good, I was making a lot of gold for about a week when I first got back, made it to like 3mil and lost it all on bad investments and stupid rigs XD I can't help but gamble a bit I guess. but I am already back up to 200k so far so that isn't too bad I guess.
