Ah, yes, upwardly mobile. While being short-handed sucks, it must've been nice to see someone actually going somewhere rather than wearing out the bearings in the turnstile. If you were in Portland, Oregon and could and were willing to, I'd totally work for you.

The randomness you speak of is actually not random at all once you see what I did: I saw you on a forum thread and you caught my attention when I looked at your profile, so then I decided to leave a comment that pertains to something on your profile. Pesudorandom, perhaps? I don't like to leave meaningless comments but initiate dialog.

I would actually probably deliberately seek to hire adults who are under-represented and under-employed, my marginalized peers who are homeless or in low-income housing, are in or have been in substance abuse treatment programs, or who have been in prison. These are the people who need to feel that society actually does have a place for them and they can lead respectable and even reasonably comfortable lives, who would return to the margins if continually neglected.

I was considering going for a PsyD in psychology while studying diet and nutrition and naturopathic medicine, so as a clinical psychologist I could focus on dietary and lifestyle changes and natural supplements before prescribing drugs.

But, then I realized I hate college and the kids there are hardly any better than high school students and the instruction is hardly any better, that I don't want to listen to people's problems, that I liked bourbon, and I'd rather own a restaurant.
