About the ending of InuYasha: it was pretty weak.

Sango and Miroku have kids and Kagome ends up living in the feudal era with InuYasha (they get married).

All things that were seen coming. And, in my opinion it wasn't done the greatest. It was pretty lukewarm and unemotional.

You should be able to find the final chapter online. Chapter 558, I believe.
