Biotin is a vitamin found is most foods. Eggs, milk, fish, fruit and more. But we only get small dosages like 00.04 mcg of biotin and we are suppose to have 30.00 mcg a day. The pills I take are 500.00 mcg. So it definitely helps my hair and nails. also my skin.

Lol, they say bananas are good for the skin. And you should try biotin for your hair. I take it. It helps your hair grow faster and thicker than normal and your nails grow longer.

Lol. I've seen paler XD. But the best places to get tans is in the south. My sister use to be my skin complexion and then she went to Puerto Rico and Georgia...... girl came back blending in with night. My lil cousin went to Florida yellow, now she's golden brown. But be careful in the sun girlie... your skin is fragile since you don't have pigment. That's like the only good thing being black, pigment protects you from skin cancer ^.^

Lol, picky much? My hair is OMEGA GAY. Every strand hates the other. So they fight and get tangled. I have to moisturize and brush it to get it the way I want. And every now and then Have to do perms to get it straight. Only thing I like about my hair is that it turns colors which is Awesome. Your hair is so beautiful. I love it. The waves going different waves doesn't matter. It makes your hair stand out and its gorgeous.

Lol. I love peaceful boring places. It gives a break away from all the noise I hear in the city all day. My trip to Virginia was heavenly. SO quiet, nature was beautiful. Just so pleasant.
