Luke Atmey is an eccentric and egotistical man who considers himself as a master detective. In order to be ready to examine clues all the time, Atmey wears a monocle that doubles as a magnifying glass. He seems to be proud of his acquisition of the red diamond on his ring, often showing it off.
His most memorable personality quirk is his habit of exclaiming the word "Zvarri" in a similar way to the way in which "eureka" is often used.

"Luke Atmey" is a pun off of "look at me", which suits his strong desire to be famous.
