Blanka's past is not the point, its that he has no connection to Charlie that I originally pointed out. Therefore you just made my point for me.

No I donnot mean the cartoon made AFTER the movie, and it was NOT an American cartoon; at leas the one I am talking about,

I mean the original Anime Titled "Street Fighter II" Depicting the lives of Ryu and Ken at the age of 16; Not referring to "Street Fighter: Alpha".

Blanka's background story is expanded/rewritten in the Street Fighter Alpha series.

His rewritten version deviates from every background version in the previous anime/game plots.

He is renamed and given a completely different background story in the American live action movie; for copyrighting purposes.

I will admit I am wrong with the name "Charles" seeing as his name was "James" or "Jimmy"

Two plot lines come from Streetfighter II. Seeing as Capcom USA had to change it around a bit, due to the risk of being sued

because one of the characters plot lines resembled striking similarities to Mike Tyson. So they were forced to change plot lines.

Blanka's stage stayed the same but his story was changed, I never owned the original Japanese version as a child, I owned the American

version, But In his Street Fighter II ending, he reunites with his mother who recognizes him from the anklets he wears. She reveals that Blanka was once known as Jimmy, before he was in a plane crash as a little boy. This crash caused him to grow up in the wild, although he has connections to a local village. Ever since the crash, Blanka/Jimmy had been separated from his mother. This is the original plot line, yes it seems as I am wrong, but: as I stated I used the Anime/American plot line, not the live action plot line.



as for you being right on One point; Being the original plot line. I used a different reference.

Actually he does, That wasn't a description from the live action movie,

I read your thread on " why using weapons makes no sense at all" and I was realy impressed. You made a good point and arguement without comprimising your opinion on the matter. Not a whole lot of people are able succesfully argue a point across in a well thought out and purposefull manner.
