I got it but I haven't had a chance to read it all. I saw the article you're talking about though. ^^ Hey I came up with a totally awesome plan so I can start pioneering! I'll tell you about it next time we talk on the phone I think it's a really good idea.

but atleast Johnny knew a little about the truth and had some hope. but anyhow, have you read the August Awake? It has an awsome article about monkeys...the pictures are soo cute. ^_^

While it's nice to hear that they were interested, it's highly unlikely they were entirely devoted to the truth the way a true christian should be....

oh hey Irgwinia. on tuesday before my meeting started i was talkin to a brother and he told me that when John Lennon wrote the song "Miricles"(i think thats the song.) he was going over some book published by Jehovah's witnesses. In my head i was like :"Oh yeah! I call dibbs on Johnny!" It was awsome! then mom told me that Prince (the singer.) is now baptized! I think its soo awsome that even famous people are realizing the truth. And just think of all the pressures they have to go through. I mean we struggle everyday with some temptation but they have to deal with fighting big temptations every second of the day. It just amazes me that their willing to fight and have to guts to face problems just to serve Jehovah.

i know right..and the weird thing was is that one was smiling at me. and in my head i was saying:"I dont know you..why are you smilin at me?!?! you dont know me!" but i just smiled back and walked away.it totally sucked. i actaully had to be nice for once. >_<

That is so weird! They're probably wondering why people educated as witnesses are honest and usually don't get into trouble

yeah i know what you mean...oh and you wouldnt believe what happened at my bookstudy. so we have our bookstudy at the kindom hall right? so like 10 or 15 mins before the meeting started some Mormons came inot the kindom ahll and sat in the last row. they said it was a part of their assignment to see some of our preaching methods. could you bleieve that? i was like that would be funny if they came into the truth and them explain how they came into he truth. it would be like: yeah i was a mormon and then i got this assignment to go to a kingdom hall so i decided to become a jehovah witness.

Yeah that sucks. It'd be great if everyone listened but we knew from the start that wasn't how it was gonna be. Sadly, some people just aren't willing to make changes or put in the effort

O.M.G i totally forgot to tell you. like i got this one man at the door and he told me i could come back. it was awsome. i've never had someone tell me i could come back. but yeah...the hard thing is too..is that when you get a really good person and you go back 3 or 4 times and then they tell you not to come back or they move away. it sucks.

That's always been the problem in my area. You could go out on service 5 days in a row and only find one person. But at least we know that anyone who sees us will know it's us, even if they don't answer.

yeah...i've gotten good at answering at meeting. oh and i think me and shelbs put down to prepare for each meeting. we've done good so far. im gonna try and pioneer in october when its cooler. but some of the sisters in my hall said that when i talk to people at the door that im a the future pro pioneer sister. Its been a little hard getting people at the door now. like it was all good for like two months and i was getting people left and right and now its like i dont get a single people. how about you?

I put pioneer, ministerial servant, and comment at least once per meeting I think there were others but I don't remember, I'd have to look at my notes.

If you get that bible study, it'll make pioneering a whole lot easier ^^

@ Irvin - No one, yet.. lol We just decided that one day she's going meet some guy named Jake, fall in love, marry him, and live happily ever after. I forget how and why we decided it though.. lol I'll have to ask Karie.

So irvin, at your convention when they told all the young one's to write down their spiritual goals, what did you put?

I put get a Bible study, start pioneering, and answer more at the meetings. ^_^
