I did NOT post it up yesterday -_- I wasn't even ON yesterday. And I would appreciate it if you stopped calling me a moron and assuming s**t about me. And in case you didn't know, crediting the artist doesn't mean a thing, which is why I don't. It's under the dA copyright section, in case you haven't read it yet. This IS a guild issue because this happened in the guild and no one asked YOU in particular to come and talk to me. You're the one who's acting radically on your own and causing a scene.
I AM an artist, whether you choose to believe it or not. Anyone can be an artist, which comes up along the definition: "A person who produces paintings or drawings as a profession or hobby." And okay fine, maybe I'm not an animator, but I can still animate. And that definition also comes up. If you can animate, you're an animator. If you can draw, whether it's good or bad, and want it as a hobby, you're an artist. Simple.
I'm not giving you half-assed excuses btw. You're just the one causing problems and being a complete b***h.

She got permission to use the work, she put her username on it to copyright the graphic not the artwork. I'm an artist myself, I doubt you're one yourself. I've won medals for my art, and I'm actually close friends with a lot of those popular deviantart artists. They've even said they've ENJOYED reading RPs using their work. They don't mind if people USE them as long as they get permission. If she was claiming the work as her own, she would say so in many ways than one. What we get tired of seeing, however, is those who steal the artwork without the artist's written constant or permission. The copyright mark is for the graphic, and if you distort the work enough, it is no longer copyrighted by the artist and there's nothing you can do.

First of all, House Chor got PERMISSION for the artwork, as it's ******** commissioned. She's not claiming it as her own, but she put her username on it because people like to steal art. She GOT permission from the artist, so she doesn't need you to b***h and moan about something that isn't any of your business.

Yes, these are COMMISSIONS and I understand that. I'm an animator and an artist myself, and I'm only copyrighting the edits and graphics that I added. I'd appreciate it if you didn't start getting up in my face and making stupid assumptions, like I'm a moron. I know where the original picture is from and when people post things online, they can only expect that someone is going to save it onto their computer.
Secondly, I don't even know what guild you're talking about since I've been a little slow with guilds lately. But if you informed the guild captain and Vc, then you should've WAITED like a good little girl for them to take care of the problem instead of coming to my profile and bitching at me.

Excuse me, but first, who the ******** are you? Second, what right do you have to call me that? Third, is this your problem? Most of the pictures that I use I found on my OWN. I don't go around saving pictures on gaia because I find pictures MYSELF. Not to mention, most of the pictures I use aren't copyrighted.
