The second one sounds more like him... I could tell him and tell him and smack around and tell him 'til the cows come home, that he's the best thing that ever happened to me and that he's the only one I'd be happy to be with. And then he goes back and says those things - and it's like I'm starting all over again with him. It's like, no matter what I do - he doesn't get it; and that's the part that hurts most.
