all i have to do is do what criss does focus on the sensation and make myself numb to the pain i think if i did not hear worng criss used to pass out everytime they took his blood or gave him a shot and his fear was needles now it's pretty much nothing i still don't se how he swallows them and pulls thm out of his belly button
