Athena was a manipulative little brat, and Zeus' fear of Kratos was perfectly justified, as Kratos DID exactly what Zeus feared he would. Kratos is a selfish coward of the worst kind; he blames everyone else for his own mistakes.

His sins were forgiven? By whom? He killed everyone. The world was drowned in a flood, infected by disease, had all vegetation wither away, the sun went out, the sky wracked with storms, and the underworld itself completely dismantled, leaving no hope for humans either in this life or the next.

Kratos is a d**k. He kills people even when they give him what he wants. He kills people who beg for their lives, he kills defenseless drunk old stepmothers and helpless rape victims in order to get through a DOOR. The gods attack him on sight because they HAVE TO, he's obliterating EVERYTHING on his selfish quest for revenge.

Helios has seven children, a loving wife, and spends his immortal life driving a chariot across the sky all day long so we can have sunny weather.

Kratos is a selfish butcher who destroys the entire universe, even the afterlife, just because he has daddy issues and can't admit that all of his troubles are his own damn fault in the first place. Not to mention he kills his brothers and sisters, his grandfather Kronos, his great grandmother Gaia, and ultimately his own father Zeus. What a d**k.
