Like she be taken to a room with a small pool of cold water with a UV light above it. They would keep her from bleeding out. They would begin to drain the infected blood out and with each pint, they would put in holy water to flush it out, then replace it with healthy blood. Cure complete.

Because for it to work properly, she would have to be drained almost completely of blood and then have healthy blood introduced and with how weak she is, she would either go into a unintentional bloodlust or her body would give out on her and she would die.

Transfusions work internally, it does nothing for external needs.
