I probably already told this story, but my cousin was cutting jalapenos with a friend and her friend warned her not to touch her face. My cousin was like 'duh'! then a few minutes later her daughter got poked in the eye and came into the room crying. So without thinking, my cousin grabs her face and starts trying to coax her to open her eye. Poor daughter.

They come in not spicy, but almost all of them have some kick to them. And whatever you do, don't touch your face after handling one of those things, or your eyes will burn for half an hour.

Ship yourself to me sometime; I'll take you to one of the shrimping docks where you can hear that accent from anyone you pass. We did that for my cousin's then-fiancee-now-wife when they came to visit us.

I read this email joke about a Cajun woman going into labor late one night and the doctor having to come over and help. The husband is standing over her with a lantern while the doctor delivers not one, not two, but FOUR babies. While these kids keep coming, the father says, "Ya think de light's attractin' 'em?"

Misreading words is fun. Oh! speaking of illiteracy! I was watching this thing on the internet where this guy calls into 911 saying that his wife has been attacked by a warthog and he needs paramedics to come immediately (you can tell by his voice that he's rather hickish). So the operator asks for his address.

Guy; 1409 Eucalyptus drive

Operator; can you spell that for me?

Guy; ...How about I just drag her over to Oak street and they can pick her up there.

I dunno, it might be hot drinks in general. It doesn't stop me though, I still drink it anyway. In fact, I can't get warm right now so I might go get some right now. OOOooh! What I LOVE to do is go to the gas station for hot chocolate and dump in a bunch of their flavored creamers. Mmmmm....
