There are tons of websites dedicated to cosplay. I'm sure you can just google the character's name, along with the word "cosplay." And something should come up. Right now I'm doing something easy, so try that to start.
Things can sometimes get expensive, so be careful with what sites you buy from. I know that I got some basic stuff for my cosplay at a party store, Party City. You can get cheap wigs there sometimes. But even though they are cheap, the material is plastic, and not like real hair. If you apply heat irons, they may melt the fibers...
