Well sure.
For music, go on youtube and type in the song you want. Copy the link/url and go back to editing your wix (whatever you change effects your gaia profile so you dont have to do anymore coding) you click "Add". then click music and video. If you wanna add music you already have in your computer click "music" if you want to use a youtube video click "video" (if you click video you can auto-loop, auto play, and make it invisible) If you wanna make the video invisible turn the transparency down to zero.

For contacts go back to add and click buttons, choose one of your liking. Click it and click "link" copy the link to whatever. For PMs I went to mail and clicked "new message" and copied that link. For trade I did something similar but went to trade and copied that link. I don't know about adding so I'd just add a text saying "feel free to add me"

Alright.
Here's some steps to help c:
1. Go back to wix.com, go to "My account", hover your mouse over the profile you made and want to transfer to gaia, click edit.
2. Once loaded click "publish" on the upper hand of the profile, let it publish.
3. After it finishes publishing it will say "Congratualations your website is online!", on the lower left of the pop up there will be an option for the embed. Copy it.
4. Use the site I sent you.
5. Click "Lets get started" then past the embed code you copied.
6. After you click go it will give you two codes.
7. Leave it on a seperate tab then open another to gaia, go to your profile,then edit, and delete everything. (Columns, music, pictures. If you wanna make sure it isnt lost copy it all and keep it safe in a microsoft word or notepad tool)
8. After EVERYTHING is gone, add a media column (cant be placed anywhere) and then go back to the given site and copy the Media code. Post it in the area it lists. Update. Save.
9. Then once its done saving Dont exit to see if it worked. Open the theme button,click CSS, and post your CSS code underneath the Media code. (If there's something already in the CSS delete it all). Update. Save.

That's it.
