Hey there, whats up with you today? Same old same old here. Yesterday the heat was so bad I went to bed early. Plus it's 2 wks till school starts here and we had another house full. Teenagers...Lord they're annoying. She and her friend are at Ft Chaffee for drills, will be tomorrow too. But instead of staying overnight like they usually do they will be coming home and going back again tomorrow. May be another short night for me. I am sort of hoping they come home and poop out. Ah well, I can dream can't I? lol

Well, I'm gonna go play some games, read a few posts in my guilds and such. I downloaded the Gaia toolbar so I'll see an alert if you message me. And see, your avi got so hot she fainted and fell down and broke her whole body!!! lol

Awww, that would be nice but it is a little far for me, especially with the price of gas. It cost 65.00 for a fill-up and we have a gas hog. Shucks...

LOL I thought I was the only one who had to be chauffered around. My husband drives me because of ol' Arther Itis. What kind of food do you like? ...Cajun, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, seafood??.... I'm not very familiar with Little Rock myself, but Hubby knows some good places in west Little Rock. He works there, so he knows the good places to go for lunch.

I know. I've been on Gaia for over a year and had given up hope of meeting any other Arkies. Then I met arkansasgoatmama, and now you. And it's even more awesome that we're close to the same age. (I think)

MMM watermelon. We had one the other day. We had a cantaloupe Friday. Sorry I didn't get back to you last night but we had t-storms roll thru. We had 3 and they were only abt 20 minutes between each one. We just had McD's...the wraps. Too dang hot to cook and the deli in our market was closed. When I went to get it, there was hardly a soul in town.

GOD!! we are so much alike! As my Grandma said "I like cold better than hot. You can always put on more clothes to get warmer, but you'll get arrested if you take it all off! AND you'll probably still be hot to boot" God I miss her!!

I am STILL sitting in bed with the fan and AC blowing on me, but I will have to leave the cool comfort of here because I am getting hungry. The ac out there is running and its cool, but there is no fan to blow directly on me. Oh the humanity!! lol

Hey sweetie...boy, it is too freakin' hot!! We were gonna take a ride around town looking for garage sales, but we had the a.c. on full blast and it was still hotter than a monkeys a$$ in the car. And that ac usually freezes us out on low. We passed the only 2 thermometers in town and one said 112 the other 109. So I am in the bedroom on the bed, with the ac and fans full blast, both blowing directly on me. sheesh... hope you are staying cool.
