How much lighter did you go? I only tried to dye it a bit darker, my hair is just shy of brown-black so it's harder to go lighter. lol I was attempting to cover my semi-salt and pepper look but gave it up as futile. Heh And that's so great! You're a super-sweet person, helping people like that. ^____^

Make yourself shiver...? o.o I can make a chill run up my spine by thinking of a certain sensation (not meaning anything creepy or adult by this ^^;; ). lol Is it similar to that?
Well, mom sent in her hair before I think, or perhaps the salon where she got it done would be helpful. lol And since mom has done it twice, I knew the general idea of what kind of hair they were looking for. Apparently they didn't always accept dyed hair, that's why mom waited as long as she did to donate. biggrin I gave up trying to dye mine, over the counter dyes don't cover the silver bits for long and I'm too cheap to worry about paying a professional every so many weeks. XD
Aw, hideous? sad You certainly are not! If those pics on your profile are you, then you're pretty cute. ^^
lol Well, I like my guys and gals to be closer to 30's now that I'm getting a little older. Although maybe a special person younger than that could catch my eye. Heh

XD We can give each other strength. <3 I use conditioner just once a week, more if I go swimming in a pool. I think I got fairly healthy hair genes. lol
Braid mah hair...? o.o That probably wouldn't be a good look for me. lol I'm not manly enough to pull it off. Maybe I could scrape together enough masculinity to have a ponytail, but I think that's about it. ^^

Your family sounds really nice. biggrin It takes some work to do that, but I think it's a really worthy cause.
