ah, no it's alright, the depression is just so common now i tend to ignore it but lately it's been really bad. like today i couldn't even get out of my bed because i was so overwhelmed by sadness. but yeah, my hair will grow back later so it's not that much of a problem seeing as i switched to online classes. how's your acid reflux, are you finding any relief?

Sorry for my late reply.
I haven't been doing well, I've had bouts of depression and a lot of stomach pain, as well as the same today.
I ended up cutting all my hair off in a random act of depression so now I'm rocking the super short curly hair look. 😣

try no sauce if you can, or maybe even alfredo sauce. unless the garlic causes the same issues.

yeah, with something like that you need to avoid both stress and acidic foods. gonk
I get heartburn from some foods. especially tomato sauce. that's why I never put it on pizza anymore. plus, I hate the taste... xd

I've told my regular doctor. he's not too worried. when I go back to see him (which is soon) I plan on discussing a lot of concerns.

it's weird as ******** though.
one day, nothing. totally fine.
the next, it happens all the time. trying to sleep, chest pounding. walk up stairs, chest pounding.
but, I was on an EKG during surgery and apparently everything was fine. if it wasn't, they'd have said something, no?

weight gain from the surgery and meds before surgery.
chest issues. as in, high blood pressure, rapid heart rate, and strong pounding pulse.
plus still having issues from the surgery.

i'm alright but i have a weird build up of energy for some odd reason.
ah, sensitive stomach, i know that feel especially after my weight loss surgery.
did you or can you take anything for it, like zofran or levisin?
