I don't really like opening up to people for three main reasons. I am too often judged. I don't like worrying others with my issues. I have too often had to eat my words. I'm not saying the one or three apply to you, but I've gotten myself out of the habit of opening up easily. I still haven't completely opened up to my boyfriend, so don't feel distant.
