About

I HAVE SOMETHING TO POST!

Hmm, about me. Quite simple. I'm a writer. Grammar is very important to me, even though mine sucks big time. I have to put most of my inspiration into quotes that made me look at myself and my works. To all other writers, look at these and perhaps you'll find the same inspiration that I did from them.

“The Author must keep his mouth shut when his work begins to speak.”
~Friedrich Nietzsche

“If a story is in you, it has to come out.”
~William Faulkner

“Only a mediocre writer is always at his best.”
~W. Somerset Maugham

“You don’t even have to leave your room. Remain sitting at your table and listen. Do not even listen, simply wait. Do not even wait, be still and solitary. The world will freely offer itself to you unmasked, it has no choice, it will roll in ecstacy at your feet.”
~Franz Kafka

“Talent if a question of quanity. Talent does not write one page; it writes three hundred.”
~Jules Reynard

“If you are having difficulties with a book, try the element of surprise: attack it at an hour when it wasn’t expecting it.”
~H.G. Wells

“Easy reading is damned hard writing.”
~Nathaniel Hawthorne

“We do not write in order to be understood, we write in order to understand.”
~C. Day-Lewis

“There are three rules for writing a novel. Unfortunately, no one knows what they are.”
~W. Somerset Maugham

“To be a writer is to throw away a great deal, not to be satisfied, to type again, and then again and once more, and over and over.”
~John Hersey

“Only connect.”
~E.M. Forster

“Anything we fully do is an alone journey.”
~Natalie Goldberg

“As a writer you are free. You are the freest person that ever was. Your freedom is what you have brought with your solitude, your loneliness."
~Ursula K. Le Guin.

“I was always my own teacher.”
~Eudora Welty

“I never had any doubts about my abilities. I knew I could write. I just had to figure out how to eat while doing this.”
~Cormac McCarthy

“Every book is the wreck of a perfect idea.”
~Iris Murdock

“You write a book and it’s like putting a message in a bottle and throwing it in the ocean. You don’t know if will ever reach any shores. And there, you see, it sometimes falls in the hands of the right person.”
~Isabelle Allende

“Borges said we go on writing the same story all our lives. The trouble is, It is usually a story that can never be told.”
~Robert Coover

“If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it is, infinite.”
~William Blake

“The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.”
~Albert Enstein

“Ever tried? Ever failed? No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.”
