Its not a time based thing. They raffle winners are picked in order. The first person picked gets the first choice and so on.

Forum, and you don't have to get up early. After the winners are announced you have up til a day to post your prefs. Don't worry about rushing.

Just say the order of the one's you want if you win. Example: My preference is the purple w/necklace/white one/etc.

Put your favorite first and your least favorite last. They pick the one you get from your preference list. If your number was drawn first you get first pick, second, second pick. I can explain better at school, but this should work for now.
