The Dark Angel of Hell

You know when a singer or group releases their first non-record label (I think it's a non-record label) album, they have EP added to the title. Sort of like a first release type thing. You said you were a singer and not the school related kind, so I thought you might have an album out or something.

It was somewhat similar with me too. Not that I couldn't afford lessons for two instruments. Mind you, I was still in HS when I tried the saxophone, so my parents paid for it. I just couldn't keep up with school/home work, school sports and the piano while adding the sax. So I stuck with what I was familiar with and that's that.

Do you have an EP out?

Yeah. I've been a piano player pretty much my whole life. 20 years in about a month and a half. Started on your typical electric piano with those instrument options and eventually graduated to a Yamaha upright. Had to part with it -sad moment- when I moved and got another electric, but one that had weighted keys and sounded darn near a perfect copy of a real piano. Attached it to some speakers to boost sound quality and you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference from a real one by sound alone. I tried the violin, but never really got into it. I did do the saxophone for a couple years, but I realized it's hard, at least for me, to keep up on two instruments and dropped the sax in favor of the piano.

Sorry about the random friend request, but I checked your profile and noticed the musically gifted part. I have a good family friend who got me started doing what you do and I've never regretted it and kept at it since then, so many years ago. Anyway, just wanted to make friends with a fellow musician.
