I'm continuing a RP I created awhile back called Superstition. http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/barton-town/superstition-literate-rp/t.15880241/ There's a link. It doesn't start off the best, but once the less serious RPer's left, it got pretty good.



The one set in the 1800's London (I don't remember the exact year) has to do with this kind of alternate/parallel realm to our own. I can't explain to much, just because I'm not sure how much of it she wants to keep in the dark for the RPers. But basic idea is that you get to this parallel realm by locating symbol. The symbol, may be inscribed on something, or it may appear just by the point of view one is looking at. (sorta like, if you see a rainbow at a certain spot, it might be near an arc, and from that exact view point it creates an M). It's a bit hard to explain in text but yeah. When you see the symbol, you are transported to the parallel realm. When you are transported, the way you saw the symbol disappears, so you can never enter the realm the same way twice.



Anyways, in this realm there is something valuable. I'm not sure what she has decided on but it sounds like, when you have it you can control the weather or something powerful like that. Which sounds kind of dumb, but it plays in because of the time setting. I believe she has decided that the realm will be inhabited by magical creatures, that for the most part, I believe are hostile. It has some political aspects, royalty and such. As well as racism against gypsies and such.



Kk, So I am making a New RP also. The basic idea is that it is set in modern times. And each character's life is sort of parallel to a Fairy Tale. All the character's lives are supposed to intersect. I haven't decided where I want to go with it, but that's where it's going to start.



My character is based off of Jack and the Bean Stock. He is in his late teens, 16-19. And his mother is in a world of debt because of the dead beat father who left them. In order to get money for food she forces him to sell his car. The salesman at the used car lot coerced jack into, instead of getting money straight up, getting a well paying secure job at a big company that the salesman's brother owns. Jack accepts the offer and now works at a stock trading company called Bean Co. (get the joke).

Thats a link to the master threads in my guild. I believe your in the guild, I can't remember. There all the blue prints for RP's. If you find any that you like, go ahead and talk to me. I'm game for restarting any of them. Probably in Barton town, because my guild is pretty dead right now.

Hey! Haven't talk to you in a while. I'm going to be starting up a few soon. Their going to be pretty good. I have a friend who is waiting to get her computer, reinstalled in her house. We're making an RP. It's hard to explain, but it's set in 1800's London, and there are these realm type deals. I can go into more detail if your interested. In my guild I'm going to start some RP's too. So if you have any friends go ahead and invite them. I'm planning on getting back on the RP train this summer.
