well, a lot of it has to do with being unprepared for the effects. it increases the heart rate, and when your not ready for it, some people start to freak out, they don't know whats happening to their system. some people think that they're heart is going to explode!

it also depends on the people your around, and the setting.
safe places with people you trust.
