Oh, Japan was awesome. It was the most random and peaceful place I have ever been! I had to carry a camera everyday because there was no telling what I'd run into! The food was phenomenal for being so simple and the people were so nice to me. I lived in a fishing village community and taught all their kids. LOVED IT.

I have a 3 friends who live there so they helped me out a bit. I took a Japanese traveling trip thing and they set my friend and I up in a hotel where English was spoken (we flew in from Japan). Things were pretty straight forward and most signs were in Thai and English (:

Oh man, you must eat great every day! I don't know how to speak the language except for "Sawaa de ka" I think it is. I wasn't there long enough to pick up a lot of vocabulary. crying

Aww! Thank you very much! I like the colors red and deep purple as well! I got to go to Thailand for a week in 2004. It was the best smelling country I have ever been to. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I hope to go back someday! Do you speak Thai? I'd love to learn how to read it but for now I'll just look at it. It pretty! (:
