Hi.
I just wanted to mention how your "Illuminated" entry affected me. It's been a while since any literature connected me to my emotions that way. I think it's the same for anyone, regardless of background or personality. I envy your clear, lucid prose, too... you've apparently learned to say things without saying too much. Wish I could catch that.

I always feel awkward because most of what I'd like to say has been said already, so I don't feel like I could contribute to the discussion.
I'd like to try being more active though.
Ah...I see those, I never understood it.
Isn't the point of a debate to understand your opposition's ides on the matter, then present your own backed with logic?
It's one thing to disagree, but quite another to be rude.

Thank you for your agreement with my post, I lurk that forum a lot, and , while I don't feel competent enough to actively partake in many debates there, I like that the first time I made a 'real' post in ED, it wasn't completely stupid.

I'm not going to have people try to say s**t that they don't know is true. You can't even answer a simple question like who is the main God/Goddess?

You are using the fact that a 'family' member is a Wiccan with no real proof besides what you say.

I'm sorry, I'm not buying. Until I can get further proof of it, like examples of your Aunt's rituals, Who she worships, etc. I'm calling your comments BS.

How can you be Wiccan if you do not follow the teaching of Gerald Gardner? He was the one that introduced Wicca back in the early 1950s. What Gerald Gardner says is law within the Wiccan belief. You have to be able to trace your 'magic' lineage back to Gerald Gardner.

Who does your Aunt follow?

Who are her two main Gods?

What is her lineage?
