Oh fraptious day! Calooh! Calay! We are free men once more. It pays to have friends dear Joker, and I do not let friends go unpaid. Here, *Takes out a pack of playing cards* each one of these cards has one of my famous mind control devices built in. Just stick it in one's hat or hair and it will attach to them. These cards are unique though, as they have only one function. The wearer of the card will stop functioning. They'll simply fall over!
