yes, bloodlines are carried on by sons, because unlike women (for whatever reason) they seem to be able to produce babies (..the irony, yeah i know right rofl ) yeah, cultures dying out is a sad thing. there's soo much rich history to be learned from them. i get generally upset when i hear about people not taking an interest about their family lines. family history is who people are.

interesting. soo your irish family ties must've been traveling to australia in the ...oh, i'm going to range a guess at mid to late 1800's?
...why'd do that? and why australia, there are soo many better places in the world. granted none with kangaroos, but..still.

meh, i don't prefer one side over the other. both family ties were viking, so i just consider myself that.

You know how when in the early days of man, people we grouped up into small communities. There were one or two families, who mainly made up the majority of these people. For instance. Say your family, your whole family, and two of your friends whole families, were the only families in the town you live in. Which ever family was the oldest (or went back farthest) would be the family in charge. That'd be considered a clan.

My clan was one of families who first found Vinland (America) 400-900 years before Christopher Columbus did. We're a Viking clan. Raganrson is the full title.
