Ah! your welcome. :]
I'll give you tips on getting gold.
1) play games like jigsaw.
2) collect your daily chances. (there's a chance you'll get gold)
3) go to forums and talk to people (but be careful! there are some gaians who criticize you because you're new.)
Dont' take it in too deeply.
4) Polls can also help you.
5) go to arenas to vote.
6) commenting a friend can also help you earn gold. (but keep in mind that the more you comment the gold will lessen bit by bit. *it's ok*)
7) some gaians open up stores. (Drawing is most likely popular. but careful! you have to be really good... There are a lot of competitions.)
Bare in mind that some gaians have different tastes for artist.
cool towns are also a help to some... you can shake the trees or bushes to get some gold.
9) there's also a games called zOMG.
Quests and killing the little characters can help you earn gold, orbs, materials (to make an item), recipies and rings.
If you start playing zOMG there's a basic training for it. :]

here are the Donts...
1) begging is a big no-no to gaians. (it pisses them off)
2) if you dont follow the rules and guidelines, you'll be banned.
3) never give out private informations about yourself.
there are some other DONTs but i can't think of more than that for now...

Bare in mind that there's a chance you will get hacked! Seems like a lot of gaians are having that kind of trouble now-a-days.
So careful!!
