lol, yeah, I can laugh about it now, but at the time I felt like a f-in retard and I was pissed (both at myself & him)

when I vend, I use a timer that I set (for 5s) with a hotkey when I see the top of the vend page at 0s/59s (or sometimes 1s ninja )
then I use that as a reference for when to refresh, cause I'm lazy and it just works better with a little reminder...

camping though is obviously different cause there's no delay like that. but you can at least try to time it by thinking about how long it's going to take the person to list another item from when you saw the last one.. I mean they aren't gonna list it in 1-3s most of the time, so usually you can wait like 4-5s anyway
but it is hard to control yourself if you're too excited about it I guess :p

nah, but really... uh, idk. I've had to train myself not to think about vending too much or taking it seriously / letting it effect my mindstate
cause if you aren't relaxed and just kinda zoned in to what you're doing, you'll make mistakes or hesitate and that'll cost you
so really you just need to change the state you're in while you do it I guess, don't know what else will help that

well, ok, I've never been that stupid before.. the guy told me he was going to list it for 1337 & I'd owe him an orinkage if I didn't buy it before someone else, so I didn't even check the price
(not sure if you heard about that)

well, let me ask this first... what are your 'issues' with camping (vs vending)? maybe I can give you tips to get around whatever the problems are, idk
