I think i can only be truely at peace in chaos. Quiet and silence is very hard for me to achieve Calm.

True but I meditate on them alot and I find it easier and easier to approach my days with a deep sense of Zen attitude, though I am not Buddhist

If you make peace with them then you can treat them as background noise or minor rituals, instead of giving them more attention than they deserve and obsess about them in the face of more important circumstances

i've yet to start writing again in earnest, but i do have a hardline now so i enjoy that. but i cant change my meds until i can get a new appointment with the nurse practitioner
