RE: YOUR JOIN REQUEST TO THE BTPD

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

xxxxxRecently you put a request into the Barton Town Police Department to join it. I am here sending this message, to inform you that the request to join our guild, when accepted, it does not mean you have been accepted to work for the BTPD as one of our Officers.

xxxxxIf you wish to join the BTPD as an Officer, you can apply through the link below. I would also like if you could read our latest guild announcements, to be up-to date with our guilds news and notices. And before applying to work for the BTPD, I would suggest to make sure that you would be dedicated enough to give time to the BTPD to-do so.
